【摘要】 目的 探讨尿液检测过程中的影响因素。方法 在不同室温，用不同的浸尿时间及在空气中暴露的尿试纸带分别对尿液质控品和患者的新鲜尿液进行测试比较。结果 浸尿时间及不同室温对GLU、UBG、BIL、KET四个项目结果有影响;尿试纸带在空气中的暴露时间对LEU、GLU、NIT、KET、UBG有影响。结论 正确使用尿液试纸带的检测方法为医生判定病情及确定正确的治疗方案起重要的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the influencing factors of urine test.Methods The urine control and the patient fresh urine were compared in different temperature and using different soaked time in urine and exposed time in air.Results Soaked time and temperature influenced the results of GLU，UBG，BIL and KET，while exposed time changed the results of LEU，GIU，NIT，KET and UBG.Conclusion The correct test is important for clinical docˉtors to conclude the disease and make good treatment.

尿液的检查对患者的诊治至关重要，不规范操作会影响自动化分析的准确性，影响医生判定病情及确定正确的治疗方案 ［1］ 。本文就试纸带在空气中的暴露时间，浸尿时间和不同室温对测定结果的影响进行探讨。
