【摘要】 目的 观察参麦注射液治疗脑卒中的疗效。方法 将96例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予参麦注射液治疗3个疗程，每疗程10～12天，对照组给予常规治疗，对两组患者的残肢肌力及日常生活能力进行比较。结果 治疗组的肌力及日常生活能力较对照组提高，P<0.05。结论 参麦注射液早期治疗脑卒中患者，可提高患者的日常生活能力及生存质量。
