【摘要】 目的 观察不同类型牙列缺损弹性义齿修复的效果。方法 100例不同类型的牙列缺损采用弹性义齿修复。结果 100例修复体初戴时效果满意，但随着戴牙时间增加，修复体问题也不断增加。结论 慎重选择弹性义齿的适应证。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of different types of defects of dentition repaired with flexible dentures.Methods One hundred of different types of defects of dentition were repaired with flexible denˉtures.Results 100patients were satisfied with dental prosthesis at the first.But with time passed，a lot of questions arose.Conclusion We should choose the indications of the flexible dentures deliberately.

1996年美国Valplast公司成功研制出高分子活性弹性基托材料后，弹性义齿（隐形义齿）开始广泛应用于临床牙列缺损的修复。弹性义齿具有高弹性、柔韧性好、半透明性和颜色协调等优点。目前，大部分的文献都是围绕弹性义齿的这些优点来撰写的。我们从1998年开始采用弹性义齿修复牙列缺损以来，通过临床追踪观察，认为弹性义齿对于牙列缺损的修复有它的优点，但也发现一些不足之处，现报告如下。
