【摘要】 目的 了解中心静脉注射碳酸氢钠后呼气末二氧化碳分压的变化与心排血量及血红蛋白的关系，寻找一种在机械通气时能反映心功能的简便方法。方法 在本实验中共观察了30例病人，病人麻醉诱导后均行机械通气，监测呼气末二氧化碳分压(PETCO2)。经中心静脉注射碳酸氢钠后，呼气末二氧化碳分压显著升高。将其升高的幅度(ΔPETCO2)分别与血红蛋白量(Hb)、心排血量(CO)和CO×Hb做回归分析。结果 ΔPETCO2与Hb、CO和CO×Hb均相关，特别与CO×Hb相关系数较高。结论 ΔPETCO2与CO×Hb具有良好的相关性，如已知Hb，ΔPETCO2是反映CO的有意义的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective In order to investigate the relationships between PETCO2 and hemoglobin（Hb），cardiac output（CO），after injection of sodium bicarbonate through central vein．Methods Thirty patients were observed in this study.All patients were managed by mechanical ventilation after anesthesia induction．PETCO2 were monitored continuously．After injection of sodium bicarbonate through central vein，PETCO2 increased obviously．The relationships between PETCO2 and Hb，CO or HB×CO were analyzed by linear regression．Results PETCO2 was related to Hb and CO，strongly related to HB×CO．Conclusion CO may be predicted well from PETCO2 if Hb value is known．
