Role of P53,nm23 proteins and vascular endothelial growth factor in angiogenesis and metastasis of laryngeal cancer

近年来研究表明,人类实体肿瘤的生长和转移均需血管生成[1]。肿瘤的血管生成不仅与一些血管生长因子有关[2],而且与调控血管生长因子活性的多种基因相关[3]。有关抑癌基因P53和血管内皮生长因子(vasocular endothelial growth factor, VEGF)的表达与微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)的关系,在直肠癌[4]等人类某些肿瘤中有少量研究报道。我们检测了喉癌标本中P53、nm23蛋白和VEGF的表达及瘤内MVD,并分析上述指标间的相关性,以探讨P53、nm23基因和VEGF在喉癌肿瘤血管生成及转移中的作用。
