The Influence of Auditory Comprehension on Repetition in Aphasia

【Abstract】Objective:To study the effect of auditory comprehension on repetit ion in fluency aphasia caused by ischemic cerebral disease.Methods: Auditory co mprehension and repetition were compared between 37 recovering cases and 29 cont rols with fluency aphasia.The Chinese Aphasia Test was administered on 3 separate occasions on the first admission,as well as one month and one year after adm ission.Results: There was no significant group difference on auditory comprehe nsion and repetition during the first assessment.There were however significan t differences in both auditory comprehension and repetition between the two groups one month and one year later.As auditory comprehension recovered,the functi on of repetition also improved accordingly.Conclusion: Th e recovery of auditory comprehension facilitated improvement of repetition function.

复述功能看似一听-复述的反射过程，但在失语症的检查过程中，针对不同难度的句子并非是一个简单的听说过程，尤其是“低频率”使用的长、短句子、错误句及无意义句，是难以用这一简单的机理去解释的，是否存在着听理解的因素影响?针对这一问题，本研究探讨了经皮质和皮质性感觉性失语患者理解力对复述功能的影响。
