The Properties of New Affinity Adsorbent for Adsorbing
the Cycle Immune Complex in Blood

Abstract This study was designed to select an affinity adsorbent from 5 kinds of adsorbents available. The adsorbent AA3 was found being specific to the adsorption of pathologic cycle immune complex(CIC). The physical properties such as specific surface area, proe volume and average pore diameter of adsorbents were determined. A discussion on the factors that affect the adsorption of CIC is also presented in this paper.

2.1 材料和仪器
吸附剂类型(Resin type)为AA1(L-苯丙氨酸,L-phenylalanine)、AA2(L-色氨酸,L-tryptophan)、AA3(L-酪氨酸,L-tyrosine)、AA4(L-脯氨酸,L-proline)、AA5(L-羟脯氨酸,L-hydroxy proline)五种吸附剂,均由南开大学分子生物学研究所杨彦教授提供。
UV-240紫外分光光度仪(日本岛津),MRX酶标仪(美国),HL-2型恒流泵(上海彭代实业有限公司)。
