in Heat Transfer Processes of Human Body

Abstract In order that the distortion of the relative skin temperatures which is accompanied with the physiological destruction of an organ in the abdominal cavity and its physical-physiological mechanism may be investigated, we adopt in this paper the mathematical model for heat transfer problems in human layered tissues and a perfect parametric identification approach-inverse problem method. By utilizing the extremum method and integrating with the experimental data of an artificial thermo-focus, this difficult biophysical problem is solved.

1 前 言
人体生理过程发生破坏时,经常伴随着身体热状态的改变,所以可利用体表温度场特性作为诊断病情和治疗检查的热图诊断学基础。但是医学上的热图诊断目前还只是建立在纯目视和较主观的解释之上,亟待解决体表温度畸变的换热机制,其中特别是体表血流率剧烈变化的规律性。为了确定热图诊断的客观判据及其合理的应用范围,必须对人体组织的换热过程进行理论——实验研究。目前,国际上虽然提出了较为适宜的数学模型,但有关人体各种组织的物性参数及边界换热条件参数均常有较大的分散性及偏差,这就导致仅用通常的数值模拟方法,不可能获得各种病理过程中温度场变化的可靠结果。因此,该问题既成为国际工程物理界的一个研究热点,又是生物传热学中一道棘手的难题。
