Study on the Factors Relating to Anxiety of Cerebrovascular Accidental Patients' Families in Emergency Department

Abstract：Fifty cerebrovascular accidental patients' families in emergency department had been given a questionnaire .As a result,the factors relating to anxiety of cerebrovascular accadental patients' families in emergency department is related to the environment of emergency department,the time and ways of acquire disease knowledge,process of collecting fees and so on.In addition,these families could not cope with anxious symptoms all,such as exhaust.From the investigation,we will find out some similar questions among those patients' families.According to these questions,we can look for the proper interventions to reduce the anxious level of patients' families in order to gain more effective family support.It is also benefit to the clinical nursing works.

随着医学模式的转变，护理的工作场所从医院走入社区，步入家庭。护理的对象也由单纯的个人扩展到个人、家庭和社区。［1］而在实际工作中，我们常忽视与家属的交流，更无暇顾及对家属焦虑心情的反馈。［2］在社会心理对患者影响的调节因素中，最受重视的就是社会支持，而家属正是患者的最重要的看互者和社会支持来源。［1，2，3］家属焦虑程序的高低不仅影响其自身的身心健康，同时也会影响到患者的情绪，以及患者的救治和康复。［2］
