应用SPECT观察激素对股骨头血流动力学影响的实验研究

  摘 要 目的 探讨应用激素后股骨头血流动力学及与组织病理学之间的关系。方法 

  选择42只大耳白兔,随机分为对照组、实验组;实验组肌注甲基强的松龙制备股骨头缺血坏死的动物模型,用放射性核素显像监测股骨头血流动力学改变,并与组织病理相对照。结果 

  应用激素后股骨头血流量2周下降为正常的65%,4~6周最低,仅为正常的59%,经计算机

  pOMS软件处理,F检验,与对照组有显著差异(P <0.01)。结论 由于激素的缩血管作用,家兔股骨头动脉痉挛收缩,组织缺血,导致骨缺血坏死。

  Abstract Objective To investigate correlation between blood flow changes and physiology.Methods

  42 rabbits were divided into two groups randomly,a control group and an experimental group.The experimental

  group was injected with methy-predrisolone for establishing rabbit models of ischemic necrosis of femoral head.

  then, SPECT was used to detect blood flow changes in comparison with phyisopathology.Results Two weeks

  after injection of steroid, blood flow of femoral head decreased65% of normal, the lowerest blood flow was

  only 59% of normalin 4~6 weeks later. This results showed significant difference between the two groups by

  using POMS package analysis and F test (P<0.01).Conclusion The vasoconstrictive action of steroid leads to
