人血液不同成份吸收光谱探讨

  摘 要 目的 人血液不同成份的吸收光谱不一。在激光照射血液疗法中,选择最佳波长进行研究。方法 用752C紫外可见分光光度计进行人血液不同成份吸收光谱的测试。结果 

  血清、血浆、血红蛋白、白蛋白、红细胞、淋巴细胞、血小板的吸收光谱各有差异,吸收峰值位置亦不一致。 各成份在200~300 nm的紫外部分吸收率最高,在红外部份吸收率最低,并逐渐下降。结论 为激光照射血液治疗疾病提供激光波长选择的依据。

  Abstract Objective Absorption spectrum of human blood components is distinctive.In the blood irradiation

  therapy,the study aimed at appropriate wavelength.Methods The absorption spectrum in different components

  of human beings were measured by 752C UV-VIS spectrophotometer.Results Absorption spectrum of serum,

  plasma, hemoglobin, albumin,erythrocytes,lymphocytes,platelet were different, and so were the stations of their

  peak absorption value.All the maximal absorption was in the range of 200~300nm by ultraviolet wavelength,

  and all the absorbances fell down to the minimum within infrared range.Conclusion The findings will provide

  helpful bases for the blood irradiation wavelength in treatment of human diseases.
