本实验肉眼及光镜观察均显示 AK auto Ab 组动物皮肤炎症消退迅速，皮肤损伤修复快、愈合好，与对照组差异有显著性，而两对照组间差异无显著性。ELISA结果显示 AK auto Ab 组动物血清中人 AK auto Ab 持续存在。S Ab C染色显示动物表皮角质形成细胞内人 AK auto Ab 的沉积。以上结果提示人 AK auto Ab 参与了动物皮肤损伤的炎症及修复过程，并可能发挥了积极的作用。本实验采用去除 AK auto Ab 的丙种球蛋白作为对照，排除了 AK auto Ab 作为免疫球蛋白的非特异性作用。本文结果还显示人 AK auto Ab 具有同动物本身 AK auto Ab 相似的作用，进一步表明 AK auto Ab 积极参与了皮肤炎症反应，并可能起到了促进作用。同时提示不同种属间 AK auto Ab 可能具有较高的同源性和相似的生物学作用。
