去甲长春碱加顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

　　【摘要】　目的：观察去甲长春碱(Navelbine,NVB)加顺铂(Cisplatin，DDP)治疗非小细胞肺癌(non small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)的疗效和安全性。方法：治疗NSCLC 26例，采用NVB 30 mg/m²静脉推入，第1、8天；DDP 20 mg静脉点滴，连用5天。结果：部分缓解(PR)10例，稳定(SD)8例，进展(PD)4例，总有效率45.4%。NVB的主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制，白细胞下降占61.5%，其中3、4度占34.6%。其他毒性反应有恶心呕吐(53.9%)，局部静脉炎(36.7%)。结论：NVB加DDP联合治疗NSCLC有一定的疗效，对既往化疗无效的患者可作为挽救化疗方案使用。毒性主要为骨髓抑制，可用G-CSF治疗。

The clinical observation of Navelbine plus Cisplatin combination therapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

　　【Abstract】　Objective:To evaluation the effect and safety of combination chemotherapy with navelbine (NVB) plus cisplatin(DDP) in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:26 patients with NSCLC were enrolled in this study.NVB was administered at a dose of 30mg/m² on day 1 and day 8,DDP 20mg from day 1 to day 5.Results:Partial response was observed in 10 patients,overall response rate is 45.4%. The main toxicity was neutropenia which was seen in 61.5% of the patients(34.6% in grade 3 and 4).Vomitting was observed in 53.9% of the patients.The local venous toxicity 36.7%.Conclusions:NVB plus DDP yields a certain response with acceptable toxicity in our study.This combination should be considered as a relevant regiment in NSCLC.
