类风湿病人由于各种炎症性和机械性因素引起足畸形和足痛［5，6］，各种治疗措施主要是缓解足痛和提高足关节的稳定性。对症治疗被更广泛地应用于类风湿足痛上。足底板和鞋类是临床治疗类风湿足痛和矫正畸形的重要措施，已被广泛应用［7，8］。特殊设计的足底板通过减轻压力集中，形成压力分散，从而达到缓解足痛。
