【摘要】 目的 探讨载脂蛋白E(apoE)基因多态性与人类寿命的关系。 方法 采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术,调查了35名维吾尔族(维族)长寿老人、7个维族长寿家族的apoE基因频率分布情况,并与163名维族青年和9个维族非长寿家族进行了对比分析。 结果 维族长寿老人及长寿家族的apoE等位基因ε4的频率分别为0.057和0.059,青年对照组为0.138,非长寿家族为0.161。长寿老人与青年对照、长寿家族与非长寿家族ε4频率相比,差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。 结论 apoE基因ε4携带者的平均寿命低于其他等位基因携带者。
An analysis of apolipoprotein E gene polymorphisms in Uygur long-lived subjects and their family members

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between apolipoprotein E (apoE) alleles and life-span. Methods The apoE genotypes were analyzed with PCR-RFLP in 35 aged of 90 years and over, the members of 7 longevity families and 9 control families and 163 young Uygurs who were healthy blood donors. Results The apoE ε4 allele frequency in the four groups was 0.057, 0.059, 0.161, 0.138, respectively. A significantly lower ε4 allele frequency was found in the aged and the members of the longevity families than in the young Uygurs and the members of the control families(P<0.05). Conclusions ApoE genotype may have impact on human longevity.

资料与方法
一、 检测对象
1.长寿老人:为35名维族人,从乌鲁木齐市人口计算机管理系统获得,并逐户按档案法、逻辑推理法、观察法、比较法综合判定核实年龄,年龄90~100岁;男23名,女12名。青年对照组为163名维族健康献血员,年龄20~35岁;男81名,女82名。
