用于延长的骨外固定器对于肢体延长成败至关重要，本组1例失败则因骨外固定器选择失误所致，而Ilizarov或改良式Ilizarov骨外固定器是使肢体延长成功的保证。上述两点结合是一种值得推荐的理想截骨延长之方法。
