【摘要】 目的 观察青春期前后包皮细胞内雄激素受体（AR）分布的规律，并探讨AR在小阴茎患儿包皮细胞内表达的特征。方法 采用间接酶联免疫组化方法测定42例不同年龄段正常人及6例小阴茎患儿阴茎包皮细胞内AR的含量，并用放射免疫法对小阴茎患儿作了血清睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)的测定。结果 所有阴茎皮肤组织AR均呈阳性表达；正常阴茎皮肤细胞内AR的分布为，青春期以前AR含量处于稳定的较低水平状态，青春期开始明显增加，成年期达到高峰；小阴茎病例组的AR含量均低于正常阴茎各组。结论 阴茎皮肤细胞内AR含量与阴茎发育的年龄、生理功能及血中雄激素水平相关，小阴茎患儿的阴茎皮肤细胞内低AR含量可能与外周血中雄激素水平低有关，而不是小阴茎的主要病因。
Androgen receptors in the foreskin of children with micropenis

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the expression of androgen receptor in micropenis.Methods The androgen receptor levels were studied by immunohistochemistry in 6 patients with micropenis and 42 controls. The serum levels of testosterone, FSH and LH were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results Androgen receptor expression was present in the foreskin from both groups. The level of androgen receptor was low before puberty, started to rise during adolescence and peaked in adulthood. The level of foreskin androgen receptor was lower in the patients with micropenis.Conclusions The level of androgen receptor varies with the age and serum testosterone levels. Low level of androgen receptor in the foreskin may not be the primary cause of micropenis; it may be a reflection of the low serum testosterone.
