Research to the S-Pectrums changes of electroencephalogram during memory

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the S-Pedtrums changes of memory grade and electroencephalogram technology (ET) with students in states of hard studying and remembering .Methods To adopt Clinical Memory Scale to detect the memory percent of senior students in grade three, then make use of ET instrument to examine the changes of S-Pectrums in state of studying and memorying. Results 1.The memory grade of students in state of hard studying increase, S2 and S3 pedigree are more active than that during the stade of calmness. 2. Part of S2-Pedigree has apparent superiority in left brain. Conclusion ET can be used to examine brain function and to evaluate the memory efficiency of brain.

ET是近几年来由我国首创的世界先进技术[1]。它是一种无创伤性的脑功能检测方法,通过脑电载波涨落信息,反映脑内神经递质含量。据报道[2,3],脑电信号中的超慢频率中隐藏着与神经化学物质振荡相一致的信息,这些信息能够充分反应脑内神经递质的变化。我们利用此先进技术测定并分析了20 名高中三年级学生在紧张的学习记忆环境中的脑电功率和S谱系各项指标的变化,旨在探讨在学习记忆时的脑功能变化。
