个旧市城市社区老年人卫生服务需求调查

　　【摘要】　目的　了解城市社区老年人卫生服务需求。方法　对云南省个旧市城市中三个居民住宅区，老年人卫生服务需求进行定量和定性的调查。结果　市区老年人文化程度偏低，经济较困难；老年人对卫生健康知识需求性较强，急需家庭卫生服务；主要疾病是常见慢性病；心理、行为习惯和家庭关系等因素可能是造成影响健康问题的原因。结论　应加强多种形式的宣传教育，建立全科医疗站，为老年人提供医疗、预防和保健康复全面的社区卫生服务。并应尽快建立合理、完善的医疗保险制度。

A survey to health service needs of city community's old people in Gejiu

　　【Abstract】 Objective To understand health needs of old people in cities community. Methods　Health needs of senior people were investigated by fixed quantity and quality analysis method. Our survey ranged three resident districts of Gejiuo City in Yunnan province. Result　Although senior people has had stronger need to health knowledge and family's health service, their educational background and economic income level are lower. Major disease is chronic illness.The cause to affect health problems is psychology, behavior custom and family's factor, etc. Conclusion It should strengthen education in kinds of ways, set up general clinic stations, and provide clinic, prevention and recovered service for old people.Medicine insurance system of reasonable and perfect shall be established as quickly as possible.

　　随着社会的发展，我国人口结构老年化越来越明显，卫生工作将来主要的任务是面对老年人的卫生服务^［1］。同时，随着21世纪医学模式的转变，人们对生命质量的期望也不断提高^［2］。为了解城市社区老年人卫生服务的需求现状，我们于1999年3～4月份对个旧市市区内三个居民住宅区的老年人进行了现场调查。
