城市人群中抑郁症状及抑郁症的发生率调查分析

　　【摘要】　目的　调查在老工业城区中市民抑郁症状发生率及抑郁症患病率情况。方法　抽取杨浦区二个街道各1000户16～60岁4015名居民，采用两阶段法调查，并对相关因素分析。结果　在3880名被调查者中，抑郁症状者占19.94％，抑郁症患者占0.67％，明显高于1993年全国7地区抑郁症患病率，男女比例为1:1.89，提示抑郁症患病率明显上升。结论　抑郁症状和抑郁症在城市人群中有明显上升，需加强对抑郁症的认识和教育，提高人们的生活质量。

A pilot survey of depressive symptons and depression in a community of shanghai

　　【Abstract】　Objetives　The authors investigated the prevalence rates of depressive symptoms and depression in an urban community people sample Methods　The authors selected two streets as study catch areas,and randomly surveyed 4015 people eged 16～60 years in 2000 families by CES-D.Results　The prevalence rate of depressive symptoms was 19.94%among 3880 investigated people with rating scores of CES-D over 15,and of depression was 0.67% with meeting the CCMD-Ⅱ-R criteria of major depression,which was much higher than the 1993 national survey.It suggested that depressionwas of not uncommon in community people.Conclusion　With the prevalences of depressive symptoms and depression were increasing ,it would be paid more attention to the recognition and education to depression in community level.

对象与方法

　　一、对象：以上海市杨浦区健康教育网络比较健全的二个街道，各随机抽取1000户16～60岁的户籍居民4015名作为此次调查对象，实际完成调查问卷者3880名，废卷率3.3％，所有资料均符合入组调查对象的要求。
