维生素B6缺乏对大鼠学习记忆的影响及有关机制的探讨

  【摘要】 目的 观察维生素B6(VB6) 缺乏对生长期大鼠学习记忆功能的影响,并从脑发育、神经递质方面探讨有关机制。方法  用避暗法检测大鼠学习记忆行为,用荧光法测定脑组织核酸和单胺类神经递质含量。结果  VB6缺乏组大鼠学习记忆能力明显下降,同时脑中多巴胺和5-羟色胺显著降低,而脑发育有关指标未见异常改变。结论  VB6可通过调节脑中单胺类神经递质水平,影响大鼠学习记忆能力。

Effects of vitamin B6 on learning and memory of rats and the mechanisms involved

  【Abstract】 Objective The effects of vitamin B6 on learning and memory of growing rats and the mechanisms involved were observed in the present study. Methods The behaviors of learning and memory in rats were studied with step- through test, the contents of nucleic acid and monoamino neurotransmitters in brain were determined by fluorescent method.Results The VB6-deficient group rats showed that the learning and memory disability,the contents of dopamine and 5- hydroxytryptamine in brain were obviously less than those of the other two groups, but the protein、DNA and RNA contents were no significiantly different between three groups.Conclusions Vitamin B6 affect learning and memory of the rats through modulating the synthesis of monoamino neurotransmitters in brain.
